John Clay looks good. The defense may have just been completely worn out, but he was just running through people.

Griffey Jr.'s batting Song (Soul Glo)
Knight might be "technically" right as it is possible it was in some $2 theater or second run theater only 1 year later. As for Eddie singing, you never heard about his girl wanting to party all the time?

Feline Hyperthyroidism
If you get to Petsmart (probably Petco too) they have treats that you can put pills into. If you dont touch the pill with the same hand as you close the treat often times the cats wont realize that there is anything going on. If you touch the pill and the treat, they can smell the pill off your fingers and wont touch it. Good luck

Democratic Convention Talk
Ends justify the means. To me its all pretty irrelevant, some republican ideas are so socially conservative that there is just no way I could possibly vote for them. If they perhaps took religion out of their party platform, their ideas may be some what more appealing.

Game 2! Sox vs. O's WCIU Start time after tiebreaker
Roberts grounds out to SS on some sort of hit and run play. Could have been ball 4 but had to protect the runner too.

Game 2! Sox vs. O's WCIU Start time after tiebreaker
Dotel K's the first batter on all fastballs. hawk notes that Dotel hasnt been throwing a good breaking ball and that scouts are going to know this. Doesnt sound good.

Official 2008-2009 NFL Thread
How can you say anyone with any semblance of a brain would not have picked Tim Couch #1? How can you even compare Alex Smith (who most people considered a very questionable #1 selection) to Couch (who most considered hands down one of the best QB prospects ever in the game of football.)? Sure he busted but lets look at the facts: http://espn.go.com/page2/s/list/highschool.html The guy basically wrote record books and you would have some how had the foresight to pass on him? http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/columns/sto...&id=3363836 That article quotes people from the year Couch was drafted. Sure he busted in the Pros, but there was just nothing prior to the draft that would have given the Browns any indication that would happen.

WS WINNA!
Upton caught a fly ball in CF that Aj tagged on and moved into second base. If Upton had fielded it normally AJ doesnt get to second and they turn a double play on the next at bat. Instead the crazy run down happen, AJ gets on third and Sox win.

Today's bullpen implosion, brought to you by Seattle Sutton
Runners on base and the bases being loaded are 2 completely different things. With the bases loaded and no outs your margin of error is so small, you have to worry about passed balls, walks, etc. I doubt that any pitcher has a great success rate with the bases loaded. the best chance was a strike out and iwamura just didnt give in.
