  1. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Oct 18, 2005 -> 09:24 PM) Actually they didn't have a season last season good point...
  2. I had one minute and said nothing available for 3 seats any where in the stadium for game one
  3. EAT s*** MARIOTTI AND THE NEGATIVE BEAT REPORTERS :finger
  4. 7 months with these guys and they make it to the Series. I'm speechless.....I can't think of anything to say except....great job.
  5. QUOTE(Brian @ Oct 16, 2005 -> 07:10 PM) Good slide and Pujols could of been safe Pujols shouldn't have went
  6. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Oct 16, 2005 -> 06:37 PM) If the Angels think they have been the victims of some bad calls, they would find themselves blush while watching the Cards. That Ump's strike zone goes from San Antonio to New Orleans. Yeah.....I don't know how Edmonds held composure after being thrown out. I would have went nuts he called that a strike....and f***ing crazy when he threw me out.
  7. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Oct 16, 2005 -> 05:25 PM) Im glad I never got caught up in that nonsense. About all I ever watch on TV is news, sports and movies. Maybe some History and Discovery mixed in there also. I hear ya there. I'm the same. I also have the video games if only that s*** is on television and nothing else is
  8. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Oct 13, 2005 -> 09:41 PM) Once you buy them you are stuck. No refunds. even if you don't get any?

The World Series will begin on Saturday, October 22. Based on some of the numbers I heard about the ALCS tix sale, please remember you roughly have a 1 in 100000 chance in getting some so don't b**** if you don't get any....And don't send emails to the White Sox either, they don't control that....And the most important thing to remember: YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE GOING FOR THEM! I apologize if my post sounds crass but after reading some of the posts about the ALCS, it seems that people actually had the audacity to think they were gonna score some and that's simply not the case.... if you buy them and there winds up not being anymore you get refunded correct?....or would it not accept the buy if they are out?
  10. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 10:40 PM) They should have never, EVER said they went to replay to try to justify their ruling, and talk about whether or not it hit the ground. yeah...that basically shows they were questioning it themselves....and at one point were unsure of themselves and the call
  11. they all sounded shaky when they said the ball changed direction from looking at the reply.
  12. QUOTE(Jenks Heat @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 10:37 PM) Howry took the loss in the lost in sun game for Tribe Graffy last week Josh Paul today Oh to face Cal Eldred who for the astros?...just incase they won it??
  13. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Oct 12, 2005 -> 10:20 PM) I'm definitely correct. The fist doesn't mean he swung. The fist means two things at the same time: Caught (no dirt) and batter is out. It's not arm for swing and fist for he swung again. Also, when it's done so lacksadaisacal like that, it is signifying that the ump knows he caught it for sure. Once he ruled out instead of asking for help (and there are subtle ways to do this with the other umpires), he's out. The umpire then backtracked, for whatever reason. I don't know what's going to come out of his mouth, but he won't be able to sleep tonight. I still can't believe it. And i'm not b****ing. I'm just trying to help some people understand this. And i'm watching BBTN, they butched it badly. It's Sports Center...not BBTN
  14. QUOTE(mkalk @ Oct 11, 2005 -> 12:38 PM) What about those of us who can't legally buy alcohol? What do we do? have someone get it for you.....I just turned 21....so i don't have that problem..
  15. He convinced me.......I'm joining the trend. Go Whitesox
  16. I would love to play the Yankees...there is no confendence with any of their players...and they are performing below their capabilities. Either team could get a boost after winning.....but i think the fact that they have to play tomorrow and have wasted their #1's for the series doesn't do s*** in reality. So I really wouldn't mind playing either team......BUT I'd still prefer the Yanks
  17. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Oct 10, 2005 -> 09:27 PM) With the momentum clearly favoring the Angels last inning, Let me be the first to say it. Stick a fork in the Yankees, they are done! Yeah....looks that way, but it is the Yankees....and a three run lead is never safe, especially if it stays three runs.
  18. so when would mussina/johnson face the sox if they when, and same with colon......Game 3...4?
  19. QUOTE(Reddy @ Oct 10, 2005 -> 08:38 PM) i. hate. super. rich. b****. people. The movie "Hostage" got me with that. "f***ing rich people..."-I feel the exact same way
  20. I'm 21 years old and my birthday f***ing sucks as usual....thought i'd get that out there....you can pretty much guess how bad a birthday can be....nothing bad went wrong....it's just i didn't want to be where I was and I didn't want what I got. Been that way for years.......kind of depressed......OH f***ING WELL. :headshake
  21. QUOTE(robinventura23 @ Oct 10, 2005 -> 01:27 PM) The more I think about it, I'd rather face Anaheim. 1) No Colon until at least Game 3 2) MLB, FOX and ESPN would be pissed off that their precious darlings wouldn't be there. 3) Something about the Yankees and the postseason that scares me. i feel the exact same way.
  22. Happy birthday to the other six.....hope yours is better than mine
  23. If the Angels can beat the Yanks....the Sox can beat them.....Saying that....let's go Yanks.....though I don't care who they play...I have enough confidence they can play any team with the same intensity the played the Red Sox....and maybe have the same results.
