Apparently according to people in the game thread, teams are supposed to have .800 batting averages. Not gonna light up a pitcher every at bat...1 2 3 innings happen. Get them next inning...it's 4-2 and Cease looks good, just keep it away from the bullpen as long as possible

Hopefully Kopech figured out the tipping pitches problem he possibly had from the last outing and can bounce back to give the sox at least 5 solid innings, hopefully more

I'd say grab some bench to all 3 of them that struck out and put the bench in...that was insanely embarrassing to see

Wishful-- Fully healthy team, that can make a deep run in the playoffs. Realistic(Sox fan for 30 years, I'm pessimistic LOL)-- they'll probably hover between 5 below, and above .500 all season teasing the fans and eventually stalling for at most a wild card and an early exit in the playoffs...if they even make it.

Looks like Ford is joining F1 in 2026 as a joint pairing with Red Bull Racing. I'm wondering if they have plans to splinter into their own team eventually like Mercedes did in 2010. Hopefully the new regulations in '26 can mix things up enough to have a bigger field fighting for the titles. Would love to see Ferrari, Mercedes, and McLaren take leaps this year too.

That's 10:31 central for the Sox, nothing bad for them on their clock. That's 5:11 eastern time, so if they didn't get any sleep on the flight(if they did minimal and uncomfortable), whatever time they awoke in Cleveland they would've landed back home around 5 am on that clock. Not to mention what time they got home...6 am/ 7am? It's a good thing they play a night game, but I would expect some tired players tonight.

Until the Sox DFA Leury, you can't really call them being serious about the year. Serious MLB teams would've dropped him by now...you have more than a few guys that could at least replace him, He is below REPLACEMENT level...he needs to be replaced.
