anyone else try that deer antler velvet HGH stuff that ray lewis got caught using? ive been using it for a couple weeks and it seems to be doing wonders for my workouts. i could lift a ton one day and not be that sore the next day. also know that if you have custom firmware, do NOT upgrade to the new firmware, you will brick your system. wait for the new custom firmware to come out.. and if you absolutely must play online with the old firmware.. google "ps3 DNS trick".
