Charlotte beats Pawtucket 6-4 Owens 3-4 with 3 RBI's and a walk. Sweeney was 0-3 but has 2 RBI's his avg. has sunk to .196 now. Fields was 0-4. Nomo pitched wasnt good at all. Also Willie Harris was 0-5 and is hitting .170 Birmingham beats Tennessee 8-1 Gets 1-4 with 2 runs and Valido 1-3 with a run. Broadway pitched great 8 innings 1 ER, 4 hits, and 5 K's. I think his BB:K ratio is something like 3:18 WS loses to Myrtle Beach 2-3 Lucy 0-2 and Gomes 1-4 Kanny loses to Rome 0-3 Cunningham 0-6 hitting .257 now, Hernandez 1-5 avg, is still .300, Sanchez 1-5 is hitting .154. Allen 0-6 and Carter 1-5 both batting near .100.

Ive never been a huge Konerko fan.... certainly not as much as most people here. But right now him and Thome are easily the most important people in our lineup. Also for Brian Anderson.... at least he isnt letting his offense affect his defense.

With a win over the Magic and looking at who everyone else plays for their final game I think we should be able to move up at least to the 7th seed.

I wouldnt even say the Tigers have the best offense...... Unless your counting on Shelton to keep up his current pace. Once he cools off their whole offense cools off it already has really anyways.... except for him. And their rotation has talent in it but yeah they arent consistent at all. I think the Twins, Indians, and Sox will all battle it out the whole season. The Twins might fall behind earlier but than Santana will have his 2nd half dominance to get them right back into it.

I dont see how we could matchup with the Heat at all. We have no answer to Shaq none at all.... and no one can really stop Wade either.

I actually like our lineup with Cintron in it.... it seems to me we are dangerous everywhere in the order that way besides Mack/Anderson. Uribe gives you more power but I think Cintron will produce a better avg. Also I like him as a 9 hitter.
