  1. wow Tracey is way overated....him and Rogowski both overated on that list. Id put Lumsden, Hernandez, and possibly Getz ahead of them.... a case can be made for a couple others too.
  2. How pathetic is it that a Disney ride is what killed you?
  3. Did you guys listen to him doing the Met's/Nats highlight? He was like 1 guy 2 slow when saying who hit a HR. Called Beltran Wright, Wright Floyd, and Floyd Delgado... than it got to Delgado he is like well uh oh this is Delgado.
  4. Lohse prob will be traded. He had a really good spring training and they thought he turned things around.... well they thought wrong
  5. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 03:04 PM) pssst, I think he is just mad that he didnt get the joke and I had to explain it to him
  6. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 07:34 PM) So do you think Lummy learned something in spring training? Be happy he isnt in the AL West(Giants)?
  7. QUOTE(JoshPR @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 12:48 PM) Huh!!! So you're saying that a pitcher is no godd cause he doesn't strike People Out?? I think Pitching is GETTING PEOPLE OUT not only striking them out. There's many pitchers in the hall ofd fame that weren't strikeout guys.. And balls get put into play if there hit at someone there outs. I think what he was trying to say is even though Contreras went 8 innings only 1 ER against a hot Tigers offense..... All he had was 2 K's so it must go down as a bad start and he is obviously our worse starter.
  8. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 12:48 PM) LOL, its a joke. Read it in green oh... usually I thought jokes were apposed to be funny
  9. QUOTE(AbeFroman @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 12:22 PM) I heard Mike North and Murphy are probably going to be changin stations... They' ve gotten a first rate gig as the full-time sports radio show in Hell. What are you talking about?
  10. lol now all of a sudden your a dynasty.... I love your optimism Dbaho
  11. Yeah I first i thought it was just a fluke but now it really does the "juiced ball" theory is probably true. Personally id rather they just use normal balls.... hitters are better athletes now anyways than from the past still be a number of guys who hit them in the 40's.
  12. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 04:42 AM) You said Orlando would not win their last 6 games. We're halfway there so far. This is a team on the rise, and I think we're better than a lot of the bottom 5-8 teams in the East playoffs right now. We've got DeShawn Stevenson at the 2 at the minute. He's fairly good defensively, which has kept him in the starting lineup, and he's played on a bum knee all year so he's got pretty good toughness. But if the Magic get the chance to draft a Roy or a Brewer, they should jump at it. Im pretty sure I said something around the lines of how its funny you predict the best case scenario for the magic and worse case fo bulls/sixers.... . Anyways you better enjoy watching us for 4 games like I said
  13. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Apr 14, 2006 -> 03:42 AM) I would just love to get in to see what we could do against Detroit. I don't think anyone would argue they would do a better job against them then teams like Chicago and Philly who would probably be hardpressed to win a game against them. But I think we're a definite playoff team next season. We've got quality depth on the bench in Arroyo, Dooling, Ariza and Milicic, Grant Hill could be back, and we've got one of the better 3 headed monsters in the league right now in Howard, Hedo, and Nelson. But isn't it ironic how good this team has played since the exit of one Steve Francis. Good luck getting your next contract. Man you love that Orlando Kool Aid.... ill be laughing at you for 4 games
  14. Valido and Getz started off real slow but seems like they are getting some hits now raising the avg. little by little. In a couple years real possibility they are batting 1-2 in our lineup.
  15. If Garland is still pitching like this in June than maybe Ill worry about it. Although it would be really nice if he comes out his next start and dominates.
  16. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Apr 13, 2006 -> 07:25 PM) He isnt gonna have Moulds to draw the double team and Bledsoe to feed him the ball anymore. No but he has Lee Evans or whatevr and Josh Reed is a good 3 reciever.
  17. I think it would be fun to work for Mike North.... unlike most people I like his show not because he is right about everything but because it makes me laugh. And he gets the best interviews too.
  18. When there was what 1 series with Hawk, Ventura, and DJ all up there together. That was some of the best broadcasting ive ever heard in baseball in a long time.
  19. QUOTE(Whitewashed in '05 @ Apr 13, 2006 -> 12:35 AM) Johan and Radke should be in there instead of some of those bozos. What a s***ty list. Radke sucks now.... based on last season prob Johan/Silva
  20. QUOTE(Jake @ Apr 13, 2006 -> 12:06 AM) I like south park, but I might say King of the Hill is one of my favorites too. It hits so close to home living in a typical midwestern city like mine. are you saying that your a hick?
  21. I can see there being no whitesox but yeah some of those are way off.
  22. QUOTE(G&T @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 11:49 PM) That would be Brian Hanely (sp?). The whole thing was really weird and probably will end the cross talk, which I used to like way back in the day. North and Mully still have a good cross talk actually. Yeah Mike North is really good with the crosstalk thing. He did a nice job with it when he had Boers and Bernstein after him and still does good with Hanely and Mully.
  23. Well now 4 starters in a row have all looked at top of their game and back into form. If Garland has a good performance this might start something crazy.
  24. yeah that was way weird.... especially since they did it over the radio. The best was the other guy with Mully cant remember his name was like we really have to stop doing this crossover crap.
