First off Jessica Simpson is not that dumb. Second of i've heard one of Ashlee Simpson's songs on MTV the other day and even though it's not my kind of music I have heard much worse.

You are absolutely insane... The guy went against one of the hottestest offenses in the AL on a screwed up schedule and managed to only give up one run in 5 innings. We should be praising and congratulating him and still you people can find a reason to b****. We won be happy about it.

We can win this cubs series. We have to remember that although none of us care to admit it the Cleveland Indians do have one of the hottest offenses in baseball. Hopefully we can turn this around though split the series and then come in a beat the Cubs.

If I'm not mistaken Frank tested free agency and we managed to get him back. I say let him test it. If he leaves he leaves. We could just as easily use that 14 Mil to sign a couple of solid starters, a power hitting CF, and move AROW into RF where he is a better defensive player by far (Great Arm, Range) and over a full season can hit .280+ 15+ HR's and 70+ RBI's. Lineup would look like this... Willie Harris 2B Juan Uribe SS Frank Thomas DH Carlos Lee LF {Some Power Hitting CF} Paul Konerko {Provided he'd take a pay cut...} 1B Aaron Rowand RF Joe Crede 3B Miguel Olivo/Jamie Burke C That lineup doesn't seem so bad to me...

What I don't get is although it causes outrage all it does it make the US more pissed off at them when they eventually do behead the poor victim... Not only that I don't think it's worked yet...

As much as I hate to toot the horn of a Scrubbie I don't think his offensive production is much of a suprise to anyone. He always had that huge offensive potential, it was defense that was his problem and thats still a little suspect....

This is a must win series. Unless we take 3 out of 4 we are out of the race. We need this series....

Didn't mean to overreact but we could easily see ourself out of the race after this week and that scares the hell out of me.

If we get swept by the Indians and the Tigers manage to win and the Twins manage to win the Red Sox series we could easily see ourself in 4th place looking up at the rest of the division. I don't know about the rest of you but i'm scared to death that this might be where we look back and see that the season was over... This is like last year when we got swept by the tigers... absolutely no excuse for it. I guess all I can do is just hope for the best but I don't want to be a 4th place team.....
