I'm so sick of people ignoring the Maggs and Frank factor. You take Rolen and Puhols (Sp?) out of the Cardinals lineup and there is no way in hell they win all those games. Losing your 3/4 hitter SUCKS! Plus at least we can say our team is competive. Would you rather be a fan of the Royals?

Not only that Scott did a damn good job in the first half of the season. I don't think anyone here thinks we had a great rotation to start the 04' season but really what were our options... Guys like Sidney Ponson who did terribly!

I have to agree. I think that KW does a damn good job considering what he is given to work with. He has to go out and make moves for lesser known guys like Uribe, Harris, Marte, Gload, Shingo, Etc. Sometimes they work out, sometimes they don't.

I bought a box set last night called Johnny Cash Unearthed. It cost me 70 dollars on sale but IMO it was worth every penny. Just incase there are any fans of his music on here it is well worth the money. It's all stuff he did for the American Recording company like over the last ten years.

Theres a difference between wanting a top contract, and lying and stabbing in the back the organization that made you when no one else would of touched you. Before Maggs lied to us and basically symbolically spit in the face of every Sox fan then I would of agreed with you. However now i'm glad he's gone because we don't need selfish players like that.
