Lil Wayne belongs no where near that list at all. And one hit wonder? What? The Block is Hot hit the top of the billboard charts about a decade ago. His only problem is that he releases 10 times the amount of stuuf as the next guy, so there is going to be some terrible stuff in there. But he has one of the better rap albums released this decade in The Carter II.

Nelly? Really? Yeah, he's become more pop-ish lately but he still belongs no where near that list. Heck, he deserves to stay off it just for having one of the greatest rap albums of all time, Country Grammar.
