Snell is not a pitcher likely to get Moncada out of his slump

In the 4th round range, Toffey from Vandy and Mahan from Kentucky have been super impressive in the games I've seen

Also Evan Skoug in 3rd round would be interesting. Possible catcher who finished strong and is from Libertyville
