Noah has lost any athleticism he had due to the injuries. Love his effort but he's about two steps too slow now
-
Half the Bulls team is playing incredible tonight. Other half look like they should be out of the league.

Big ten with quite the awful night
-
Snell is simply awful.

It's assumed LSU would go after Jimbo if Miles is fired. Be interesting if FSU would consider Miles then.

QUOTE (soxfan2014 @ Nov 20, 2015 -> 01:45 AM) It's basically saying he can be though. He doesn't look anything near that now. We've gone over this, they meant for his Sox career

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Nov 19, 2015 -> 11:50 PM) FWIW Puig's first two years are better (by fWAR) then anything Swisher has ever done. 2015 Puig is troubling but I'm willing to take him on in the right move. Team needs to inject position player talent and high risk high reward moves are the type that need to be made. This isn't a team that will get anywhere playing it safe and making small upgrades that are likely to work but also likely to only add half a win here or there.. You need to make big moves that might pan out in order to go from 75ish wins to 85ish. Was referring to Swisher not fitting into the clubhouse after the Sox paid a huge price for him, only to have to dump him a year later for a terrible package
-
Hell no to Puig. Last thing Sox can afford is giving up someone like Quintana for Swisher 2.0 Wouldn't be surprised to see Puig to the Indians for Salazar.

Jeff Samardjiza signs with SF Giants, 5/90.

ERA for player A is wrong I believe

QUOTE (iamshack @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 04:52 PM) Or it means they are flexible, which is usually a good thing. There is nothing wrong with making decisions based upon what is available on the marketplace. In fact, that DOES make me excited. Yep, can't say you are adding on if you intend to trade Quintana. My guess is we see some rebuilding while adding MLB ready contract controlled players

I stopped listening to what KW said a long time ago, as it's usually never honest. I'm sure people on here will still blame him for any bad move Hahn makes.

Loved the offensive play calls today. Great job by the main coaches

Special teams couldn't be worse

QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 05:28 PM) Yes, though I'm less confident in that than I was before Stanford choked last night. I still think ND's defense has no chance at stopping Stanford's offense, but ND might be able to outscore them. Kizer is a much better QB now than he was earlier in the season and Stanford's defense isn't as good as I thought. If ND and Oklahoma do both win out and none of the top three lose, that will set up the epic argument over which team gets that fourth spot. Oddly enough, it might hinge on whether or not Navy can win the AAC. Will also be interesting if UNC beats Clemson. As of now, ND should make it over Oklahoma.
-
QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 05:12 PM) No, no chance of getting into the playoff, but how do you justify putting a one loss Big Twelve team in the playoff over ND if the AAC has better OOC wins than the Big Twelve and ND has wins over potentially both teams playing in the AAC championship game? The AAC helps ND's case against the Big Twelve if that's what it comes down to, though Temple losing yesterday hurts a bit. Don't the AAC teams have a horrific SOS?
-
QUOTE (AustinIllini @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 05:21 PM) I hate Notre Dame, but they'll likely get in over Oklahoma unless the Sooners win out. I think he's assuming ND loses to Stanford

Baylor's game plan is garbage tonight

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Nov 15, 2015 -> 12:08 AM) I was there. It was pretty bad. Did they show the holding call on tv on the big play that was called back? Seemed to be bulls***. 1 penalty for Loyola all day. Yep, bogus call. Pryor also might have been in on the pass in the end zone. -

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Nov 12, 2015 -> 11:43 PM) I love Coach Buzea. He coached at our local HS for a few years. Great coach, and awesome to see him blowing up with some big time talent. How much Loyola pay the refs in this game? -
So GT scored 116 points tonight.....they struggled to score 40 at times the past two years.

QUOTE (ChiSoxFanMike @ Nov 14, 2015 -> 02:01 AM) Sale is a lot more valuable than Kimbrel IMO. of course, which means the package would be even larger (that sounds bad)
-
When you see this type of package for Kimbrel, it really makes me hope Hahn is listening on Sale.

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Nov 14, 2015 -> 01:51 AM) Ken Rosenthal @Ken_Rosenthal 3m3 minutes ago #Padres getting Margot, Guerra, Asuaje, and Allen from #RedSox for Kimbrel, per @JonHeymanCBS, @alexspeier and others. Pretty damn good haul for a closer. Oh my that's a lot
