Twins 91-71 Tigers 89-73 White Sox 83-79 Royals 76-86 Indians 73-89 This division is hard to predict. I can see any team winning the division. The Royals are the lest likely to win it but if they start off the year and fire, that young team might start believing they have a shot. I can also see any team except the Twins finishing last. I think the Tigers are going to rebound after their horrendous year, but it won't be enough to pass the Twins. The Twins somehow find a way to win. (Next year there might be a serious reality check once they leave the Metrodome and don't have the turf, as much crowd noise, etc.) I have no basis for putting the Indians in last place. I just don't think the Royals will finish last, I'm positive the Twins won't. I think the Tigers are going to be better this year, and I would hate to think the White Sox finishing last, so I'm picking the Indians.

Why didn't I use my bracket that had Missouri beating Memphis? Dangit.

I choose our rotation over theirs. I didn't realize what kind of rotation they had. If I was a fan of the Indians I wouldn't want Carmona as my #2.

Sign Frank Thomas to play CF and bat leadoff. I don't like any of the 3 out there. Wise started off hot for the Sox last year but by September he only batted .206 in 21 games, which basically is regular play. In almost 600 career at bats, Anderson has a .221 average and only a .277 OBP. I don't want to see him bat lead off with an OBP like that. Anderson is the best defensively of the three which gives him a stronger shot in my opinion. Owens wasn't terrible when he batted leadoff in '07, but like the other two, he wasn't impressive either. Owens has the best speed. Andeson has the best defense. Wise has the best offense. None give us the option we'd like to have in CF and batting leadoff.

A few weeks ago I had a dream I was talking with Bob Knight at a bar, that was pretty entertaining. I can somewhat control my dreams. I can do that when I know it's a dream. Sometimes I realize something seems too far fetched and I know I'm dreaming. That way I can do crazy things and just do whatever I want. I also dream in color all the time. I've never had a black and white dream before. I know some people who dream in only black and white.
