Women seem to notice and care less as they get older. Women in their 20's notice and care, but by their late 20's and 30's, it's non issue. The most important thing is to NOT let it affect your confidence. Buzz it down, shave it, whatever, just be confident, THAT'S what women like. Also, if it's really an issue for you, focus on improving things about your appearance that you CAN control, like your body and weight, keep your smile healthy and dress well. A lean, muscular, well dressed bald guy will get more looks from women than a fat guy in a wife beater with a full head of hair.

I say a solid, affordable cure will be available in 15 years, not any sooner. So you young guys just need to hang in there, when you hit 40, BAM full head of hair again. Us older guys are done.

Depending on how thin it is, the right hair cut might help. Keep it buzzed short and tell the barber to leave it longer where it's thin, usually on top and very short where it's fuller, usually on the sides and back. Also, get it cut every 2 weeks or so. Now if you've got nothing on top, don't fight it, just shave your head. The best solution is to go on Rogaine at the FIRST sign of thinning. Nothing will grow it back significantly, but some meds will help you keep what you have. As a side note, doesn't it seem like a lot more guys in their early 20's are balding nowadays??

I'm coming to Chi on Tuesday and I'm battling a mean ass flu. Got up today and every joint in my body ached and I had that hot-cold tingle all over my skin. A summer flu out here sux. Imagine a flu in 115 degree heat, just miserable. I'm trying everything I can to kick it by Tuesday. Zicam, Ny Quil, Sudafed, orange juice, hot sauna..... Any other suggestions??
