Go four times a week. Find a commited partner. Use free weights, as in dumbells and barbells, machines blow. Lift heavy....but not right away. Wait two months, then start pounding on the weight. Minimize the cardio you do. Eat like a freed prisoner. Sleep 8 hours a night. Add daily protein shakes to your diet Oh and save the money you'd blow on a trainer for now. Once you become an intermediate lifter, they will become more beneficial to you.

Just got back from watching "Into The Wild" and I enjoyed it tremendously. The cinematography is amazing and there are also a few outstanding performances. The best thing Penn does in this film is to focus not on what the kid was running from, but what he was running to.

So, rumor has it that Portishead is in the process of mixing their LONG awaited third album. Has it been 10 years? I'm geeked!

My picture was actually in that paper back in 05. I was getting off the el wearing all my Sox gear before a playoff game. RIP.
