  1. I'll echo every little kid's dream job. Video Game Designer. Loved playing them when I was younger and wanted to make them but who woulda thunk I'd have not touched a console in two years. Anything sports always peaked my interest as well.
  2. Well...where to start. I hate having the most points in a league and having the most points against my team, plain bad luck. Definitely will make the playoffs in my main league but I should have about 2 more wins or so, faced the best team of a week 4 times. f*** me. Also, i hate when offenses fail to run the ball in on the goal line and on the third down still try running it in, I mean wake up Houston, Schaub is your QB, there is a good chance he will find the end zone rather than your butterfinger running backs. I tabbed him for at least 20 pts. Crabtree also disappointed me but I listened to stupid Brandon Funston, whom I might add gives the most worthless fantasy advice. Also, Gb kicker and defense, it was really hard for me not to play you versus Tampa but you cost me this week. All I asked for was 8 points a piece for both of you and you failed. Won most of my leagues but not the one that counted.
  3. QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 09:23 AM) Good lord Kenny, please stay the f*** away from Pods already. You were just talking about defense, now you're talking with Pods again. Leave him alone. Agreed, I don't want him back. Would love to get Danks up here rather than waste money on Scotty who can't field and whom I believe had a fluke year last year.
  4. QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 12:16 AM) My Power Rankings halfway through the season. 1.Saints 2.Colts 3.Vikings 4.Patriots 5.Cowboys 6.Steelers 7.Bengals 8.Broncos 9.Eagles 10.Falcons This is pretty spot on. Only thing I would switch is the 8 and 9 spot. Eagles are definitely a better team than Broncos, but I might be saying this because of Denver's last two games. At the moment I would be content with a Saints vs. Colts Superbowl with the Saints winning, can't stand those Colts.

  6. QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Nov 9, 2009 -> 01:10 PM) Castro declared for Free Agency about a week ago. The Sox have something good in place. Let Flowers learn the ropes from AJ for year. If things go well early on in the season, increase the workload to an almost 60-40 timeshare between the two of them. AJ walks after the year, and Flowers is ready to take over. Ok. I definitely didn't want Castro back. I would also let Flowers learn from AJ.
  7. Bosh, Wade, LeBron and Stoudemire are great and I'd love to get one but I guess I'm just too pessimistic to see that happening. LeBron would kill two birds with one stone since he can be the go to guy and play down low if necessary, he should be a primary target but he will be the most costly. Wade is also great and dramatically improves our guards. Bosh gives us a guy aside Noah that can score and defend. It is easy to see the benefits for each and I would love to sign one and get a second tier type player as well. I don't know if that is possible financially though, all depends I suppose. If we get Bosh, I'd love to get Raja Bell or Ronnie Brewer. If we get Wade, I'd love to add Mehmet Okur or Brendan Haywood. I feel we could use a perimeter shooter this coming offseason, I suppose we could draft one but it is too early to judge the draft stock imo.
  8. I feel I should know this but... Don't we still have Ramon Castro? Or is he a free agent now.
  9. QUOTE (GreatScott82 @ Nov 8, 2009 -> 07:54 PM) I wouldn't oppose a guy like Hideki Matsui being our DH. The dude is pretty clutch and they could play this song when he comes up to bat: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6rDWqjnW7w Hell no to Matsui. Too old, injury prone and he just won the WSMVP. Way too costly and hes not worth it imo.
  10. QUOTE (MexSoxFan#1 @ Nov 8, 2009 -> 03:24 PM) Bad day for Bears and Packers fans today... Bears get their clocks cleaned at home by Arizona and the Pack lose to a winless Bucs. We got something in common,we are both mediocre teams at best. Pack are going to get their clocks cleaned by Dallas next week. Hopefully GB is somewhat in wild card contention come week 16 when I go to the Packers game. At least the Bulls are doing well, but I knew they would, just need a scorer.
  11. Ok, just need a field goal. Definitely possible, although I don't trust Crosby. Nvm.
  12. Wtf, this game is over Green Bay. Spend some f***ing money this offseason Thompson.
  13. Why can't we ever beat the f***ing Buccaneers? Embarassing. Freeman has looked impressive though. I'm getting impatient with the 3-4 defense.
  14. Ok Green Bay, hold them, awful. Past couple weeks giving up too good of field position to other teams and turnovers are building up. Kinda need to win with Dallas coming to town next week.
  15. Bears game is getting interesting all of a sudden.
  16. Green Bay's struggles with Tampa Bay continue. Believe we have lost three matchups in a row to them. Losing today would be inexcusable. Too many turnovers.
  17. Geez GB. What is worse, watching the Bears defense or listening to Joe Buck? I kid, I kid lol.
  18. I was partially rooting for the Bears defense to stop Fitzgerald today but that just didn't happen. f*** me, my opponent has Larry in every league, thank you Bears D.
  19. Should be a fun off season now that it is uncapped.
  20. QUOTE (zenryan @ Nov 8, 2009 -> 01:21 PM) Yeah this should be a blowout but I've been pretty happy with the play from Josh Freeman today. He's made his mistakes but he's made some good passes too. Atleast he gives me a reason to watch the Bucs for the rest of the season. Yeah, Freeman has been fine. I liked him the most out of any QBs in the draft, he should definitely have a solid future for Tampa.
  21. Green Bay offensive line is playing the best I've seen them all year. Granted it is the Buccaneers. Good to have Clifton and Tauscher back. Had it not been for turnovers this game would be a blowout.
  22. Would like to see the Texans beat the Colts today. Would be a huge win for that franchise.
  23. And I thought Alex Rodriguez was a cancer to any team looking to win a World Series, still doesn't deserve a ring, cheater.
