  1. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 23, 2013 -> 03:42 PM) Symptoms
  2. Well, we are in a much better spot then down 3-1. I was so proud when we used our extra man advantage to crash net then threw the puck toward the goal.
  3. Series has been so unenjoyable. And so predictable.
  4. Why is shaw in penalty?
  5. Why is joey Crawford allowed to officiate in the finals?
  6. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 14, 2013 -> 06:15 AM) Well, I would say the bigger difference is that you had Dirk playing some of the best basketball of his life (Spurs don't have a player like that). Neither one of these teams was going to win all three middle games. It just rarely happens. If the Spurs can get game 5, they have a real good shot. I still question whether Wade/Bosh can bring it like this (game 4) in consecutive games. If they do, yeah, it's over. Edit: s***, I take it back about teams rarely winning games 3-4-5. Pistons and Heat (twice) have done it since '04. Totally forgot about the Pistons and '06 Heat. I don't recall Dirks series being that great so much as Jason Terry and Jason Kidd going off for three. But maybe that was just game 6 that is blocking my memory.
  7. Trying to prep my nerves for tonight

  9. Rodman was part of a new breed of super long athletic SF. But yeah. The idea that defense was way better in 80s is ridiculous. We get it guys, the bulls were great in 90s and you watched them then, therefore 90s was soooo much better. The league obviously has some of the worst C offensive talent in a long while. It's peculiar, but I think may be caused by tall kids wanting to stay at guard for as long as possible in their development. And why not, when your star wings are 6'10 and 6'8. As a result, aren't a lot of those beautiful post moves. On the other hand, the sheer speed, body control, and power of the wings and guards driving is incredible. On top of that you have a return of unique team personalities that seemed to fade in early 00s where everyone seemed to be the same crappy crap.
  10. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 12:07 AM) Lionel Hollins officially out as coach of the Grizz. Whoa
  11. QUOTE (Jake @ Jun 11, 2013 -> 01:42 AM) and you can't build a business on people that are about to be on Social Security. What? Of course you can.
  12. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jun 10, 2013 -> 12:39 AM) If you're near the Willis Tower and the game is your next stop, you can hop on the Red Line at Jackson (someone correct me if the construction has affected that stop). ************ To get back to Ogilvie after the game, this a pretty easy way, will take about a half hour from the time you leave the park: Walk east 2 blocks to the Green Line at 35th and State. Take the Green Line (toward Harlem/Lake - you're heading North, everyone will be getting on this train) and get off at Clinton. Walk 2 blocks south on Clinton, go east (left) on Washington and the main entrance is a half a block up on Washington. Good response. This is what he should do.
  13. Joey Crawford officiating tonight. Heat have it in the bag.
  14. Guys, arnie Munoz is gonna be a stud. Just wait for that curve.
  15. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jun 9, 2013 -> 04:13 PM) It's beyond obvious he doesn't really want to be a manager, and was just doing KW a favor by taking the job. He's the reluctant dad who acquiesced to pressure to coach youth soccer team because be played in college.
  16. How did the scheme unravel again? Was it silveiro that started the questions?
  17. Nadal is great for the sport. I always root against him but has anyone been involved in more epic matches than he?
  18. I'm shocked people think highly of Phil Rogers. I knew they existed but had never run into one before.
  19. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 9, 2013 -> 05:06 AM) Western Conference Champions! It's a fantastic feeling. Great play this series from Frolik line.
  20. QUOTE (Real @ Jun 9, 2013 -> 04:38 AM) hawks are dead tired, nervous as f*** Great post.
  21. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 8, 2013 -> 08:41 AM) They need OL help. I laughed.
  22. Queue "heat have no guts"... Spurs are a lot of fun to watch. I love Leonard's game.
  23. Awesome job. Lets finish em right away.
  24. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Jun 7, 2013 -> 03:56 AM) And thank god it's only a minute between picks now. This crap is so unnecessary when there's no trades and nobody knows who the players are.
