What this really is, is Intel is giving solid pimp backhand to every single one of their REAL engineers, who make a pittance in comparison to what I guarantee they're paying Wil.I.Am to do nothing, and then they follow it up with a solid kick in the dick by giving him an actual "higher on the totem pole" position in the company. Meanwhile, the engineers that get up and work AM to PM making those chips for them making 90k a year should seek positions elsewhere...bring your REAL talent to AMD and tell Intel to piss off and hope Wil.I.Am knows how to do the work they were actually doing. This sort of thing is infuriating...and it shows how out of touch these old "executives" are in the big companies...they forget how they got where they are, and it sure as hell wasn't on the back of chip designers like Wil.I.Am, who hasn't even made a single original song in his life. Meh. Microsoft's "to the cloud" thing is the most disgusting ad. I puke every time I see it. From their ad I'd think that the cloud is some photo editing software.

I can't think of a reason it would be bad to trust the voters for their elected officials. If they think someone is carpetbagging, they don't have to vote for them.

The delusional projecting of sports fans onto athletes is something that drives me away from a lot of sports conversations. Everyone thinks they'd cut their arm off if it was holding them back, because they bought a jersey and sit on the couch to watch games.

It's so hard to deal with lovie. On one hand, some CRAZY stupid things done yesterday. on the other...he took a team with so many holes almost to the superbowl. And we held the most potent offense in the playoffs to 14 pts. How do you manage the two? He's both a really good coach and a bonehead.

I mean, the thing that I find crazy about this is you guys are acting like rahm is getting in on a technicality but I feel like he is being kept out on a technicality. Regardless of whether i'd vote for him, which I wouldn't, this is a guy who was born and raised in chicago, represented a chicago us house district thru the 2000's and left to go work for the president of the united states. The vast majority of his life he's been in Chicago. Do we really think he doesn't know the issues about this town? You guys are acting like he lived in montana, bought a house here and then decided he should run for mayor.
