Those school districts serve mostly black students. The state school, which actually keeps academic standards down to be available to the state (which i actually liked), still only has about 5% black population. But white people are getting screwed, man.

this isn't new. Everyone knew at the time of the trial that the prop 8ers got destroyed in every way. That doesn't mean that's how the judge would decide.
