  1. Having learned Kelly is expected back for spring training, Joe Kelly enters as my #1A bullpen target
  2. I thought it was interesting how you targeted Seager as the best fit Sox are going to land for those that won’t read the article this sentence is not true
  3. Shall we talk about Jimmys article? https://www.southsidesox.com/2021/11/20/22789368/white-sox-dont-cross-scott-boras-clients-off-of-your-holiday-list?utm_campaign=southsidesox&utm_content=chorus&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter
  4. Javonte Green was +20 tonight and that sounds absolutely right
  5. How the hell do we suddenly have this disciplined, athletic, clutch team? I know what DEN doesn’t have tonight, but the fifth game of a west coast swing in that altitude is a great win. (Waited to post this until you that foul)
  6. Man every time you think we are pulling away it’s just empty possessions and a nuggets come back. Really want to close this out.
  7. Very young prospects who won’t need protection
  8. Noooooooo Stephen kwan was added to the Guardians 40-man ????
  9. Boy I don't know, you'd have to have a pretty deep offense. He's either league average or absolutely putrid.
  10. I think I may have slept on Roberto Perez's defense too much based on 2021. In 2019 the guy was one of the best defensive catchers in baseball by FRAA in baseball prospectus.
  11. My recommendation to you is to start exploring 7-11's go yum offerings. They had this one that had chocolate pretzels and peanut butter that blew my mind
  12. trying to figure out if there is an angle south side hit men can tie in to rant about TLR and gummy's and then post a youtube video of bow wow wow's I want candy
  13. Jose Rodriguez I'd absolutely give for Chris Bassitt.
  14. I don't know about you guys but I think this game on sunday will be a very good opportunity to do other things
  15. I'VE HAD IT UP TO HERE WITH THE CVS BASHING
  16. I'm not very surprised. He had a lot of helium last year after the sox instructionals in the fall showed his velo increase, but then he got to pitch with that increase and he was ...fine. If we lose him I'll be bummed, but I don't really want him to pitch in the sox bullpen this year so I guess that answers the question.
  17. Man when I opened this I hoped it was really about candy and not some metaphor for what being a fan is like but hell yes I can't wait to buy these
  18. The big difference to me between the White Sox and the Braves is the Braves now go into every playoff series knowing they had playoff aces in Morton, Fried and Anderson, where the White Sox had Giolito and he didn't come through. The rest we had no idea, and they were all very mediocre. And of course, their bullpen was nails, and ours was ... the opposite of nails. Against the Brewers, the Braves scored 1, 3, 3 and 5, and they won in 4 games. Against the Dodgers they scored 4, 2, 9, 5, 5, 3. In games the Braves scored 4 runs or less in the playoffs, they were 5-3.
  19. I've heard of all of those minor leaguers. Not even sure who you are referring to but Denlinger and Luna were 2021 draft picks.
  20. His career splits vs. RHP are still 103 wRC+ however, and his multiple positions allow us to move in Vaughn, Engel more easily (and Semien in theory can actually spell Tim Anderson for once)
  21. Kyyle we are having communication issues, we need this mod retreat to get back on track.
  22. Yeah, well they come with the fact that we added a top 3 MVP candidate, so yeah it may have to come with a lesser RFer.
  23. I mean shelby miller keeps finding jobs so not really, to me.
  24. - Tony Kemp played 50 games in LF last year, bats left, 130 wRC+ vs. RHP. His arm rated as positive when he was in CF in 2018 - Bet on Kole Calhoun healthy - Kevin Keiermeier trade Or damn handedness and get Mark Canha and have added two RHH who are 20%+ above average vs. RHP.
