I've never called JR cheap but we should have some payroll flexibility, we should be able to pick up a few mill if it means getting higher level talent in here. Once gain, I have no idea what's going on so I'm not criticizing yet but I would definitely be upset if we're not willing to pick up some cash to bring in more talent.
