  1. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 6, 2013 -> 08:00 AM) AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH They won in a shoot out!
  2. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jun 5, 2013 -> 12:44 PM) http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/highschool-p...-095119074.html If that is BGRA its the league I grew up playing in lol Didn't know you were from bg. Oh the good ol days.
  3. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Jun 5, 2013 -> 06:52 PM) What's your point ? Not having ever used a ball like that wold take some getting used to it . Since its heavier I can see plenty of shots being long. After an adjustment period and practicing with it for an extended period of time. I'm 100% certain shooting percentages would improve. So is shooting jump shots with a baseball easier than shooting with a basketball?
  4. QUOTE (Boogua @ Jun 5, 2013 -> 09:35 AM) It's not even the same ball. It's smaller. One time I accidentally grabbed a women's ball at a gym (I guess all the men's ones were checked out). I thought I was Reggie Miller when I was shooting around. I was making everything. It was a bit disheartening when someone else came to shoot at my rim and I felt their ball and realized it was bigger and heavier. Funny that it made you shoot better, definitely makes me shoot much worse.
  5. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 4, 2013 -> 10:47 PM) Seeing rumors on twitter that more major names are included Any hints as to who?
  6. QUOTE (ZoomSlowik @ Jun 4, 2013 -> 04:11 PM) I wouldn't go this far either. If Wade and Bosh continue to suck, the window is open. The Spurs are much better than any team they've faced other than OKC last year. Duncan and Splitter could cause similar problems to Indiana, they're a good shooting team, and Parker is playing phenomenal right now. Lebron's the best player in the series, but the Spurs could easily have the next two with better role players than the Heat. I could really see this going either way. I'd be shocked if it ends in 5, and my leanings would be Miami winning in 7 on their home floor. Is it really a debate at this point that Parker and Duncan are the 2nd and 3rd best players in this series? But yes, I agree Heat in 7. Though this is only the 3rd series in the Lebron era that I actually think/thought the Heat had a chance to lose.
  7. I assume Gordon just forgot to bring energy last night. It's ok though, as the future captain of this team im sure it'll be there tonight!
  8. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ May 31, 2013 -> 03:28 PM) Mad Men, let me know if youre stopping by! You guys play by the fitness center?
  9. QUOTE (MexSoxFan#1 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 10:59 PM) 3. Get used to seeing LeBron in the Finals over and over again. Wade and Bosh played like garbage most of this series but it didn't matter, LBJ willed them to victory. Nobody is beating this LeBron until he declines and who knows when that'll happen. I know a lot of people here give J4L a hard time for his predictions but he nailed it on the head when he was telling us back when the Big 3 got together that nobody was beating Miami in the near future. I was a skeptic so I gotta give him props. LBJ gonna destroy the NBA like Shaq and MJ before him. I look at this a completely different way. Wade might be done(might being the key word) and the Bulls and Pacers were missing sort of essential parts all season. LBJ is obviously insane but the rest of that team seems to be declining while the Bulls and Pacers should be getting better starting with next season.
  10. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 10:13 PM) I love when garbage players like Jeff Pendergraph have to be tough guys at the end of series when their team got their ass handed to them in a game. What happened? Early game change for me.
  11. Justin Birber's picture has become the story of the night.
  12. I'm gonna blame the refs anyways.
  13. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 08:22 PM) I wouldn't do it to begin with but I'm not entirely opposed to trying to steal a couple minutes for them. However, in this case it was obvious within a couple possessions they weren't going to be able to get away with that tonight. Doesn't make sense to me to ever do it with how weak their bench is. One of them always has to be out there.
  14. Taking George and Hibbert out together is just insanely dumb.
  15. QUOTE (Jake @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 07:59 PM) Crazy that Indiana leads with this bad of an offensive performance Not that crazy cause Lebron is just über passive so far.
  16. QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jun 3, 2013 -> 07:56 PM) Roy Hibbert could easily have been called for 3 fouls already. Lots of contact on those Bosh drives. Bosh is just flailing into him so far
  17. QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 30, 2013 -> 09:58 AM) Golston is now only "suspended" until the spring at which time he'll be reinstated. You outraged Hickory?
  18. An awesome goal and a hilarious one.
  19. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 10:32 PM) Fire Darin Erstad This just needs to be said again.
  20. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 11:48 PM) I'm certainly not opposed to firing Walker, cause like Kalapse said, I think at first it'll give the offense a bit of a jump start. That being said, Walk or no Walk in a few years, I bet this club is having the same problems offensively. Look at me go.

I hated I am Legend because of that awful ending but the Bad Boys movies rock.
  22. Ya Hansbrough got the Brandon Saad treatment there.
  23. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 30, 2013 -> 01:44 PM) I don't know about that tough conference jazz. The Grizzlies? The Thunder without Westbrook? Snore. No Kobe, Gallinari, Lee, Westbrook. That tough conference has a crazy amount of key players hurt.
  24. Sadly enough I just heard Hawk yelling when that call was made.
