2012 NFL draft question
Andrew Luck will be on the Brady, Rodgers, Brees level in a few years. He'll be a hall of famer. I like RG trey but he's not on Luck's level imo. And yes Luck is a great pure passer but he's not a statur like Brady or Peyton, he's a great runner as well.

Temple probably just dropped themselves a seed line. Not a bad loss at all but never looks good to lose your first tourney game.

QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 01:43 PM) Well that's just it. Syracuse and Kentucky are just not beatable for a team like ISU. Kansas or the like, though, they have a small shot. So I guess it depends a lot on which bracket. 8 vs 9 is very little difference, but 7 vs 8 could be a big difference. They're not really allowed to play KU in the 2nd round.

QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 07:52 AM) Did anyone get to see any of the Marshall-Tulsa game? Not that normally people would, except that it was 3 OVERTIMES. Must have been a fun one. It was on cbs college sports or whatever they're calling that station now a days so someone might have saw it. I couldn't watch cause I was at the Bulls game but the whole CUSA tourney is on that station. Speaking of that tournament has been nuts so far. You mentioned the 3 ot game but USM and ECU played an ot game earlier that I did get to watch. Fun stuff.

PB&J
QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 09:25 PM) Any kind of multi-grain bread toasted, creamy pb and mayo. Grosses a lot of people out but it's damn good. Peanut butter and fluff is indeed delicious. QUOTE (kjshoe04 @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 10:13 PM) Creamy PB, No J. Delicious. Agreed.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Mar 8, 2012 -> 04:44 PM) Washington just killed me since I had them at -3. Hope they are left crying come Sunday night. Some kid on Washington missed 2 FTs while down 2 with like 40 seconds left then he turned around and missed 2 more with 17 seconds left and trailing 85-83. They were down 1 on all 4 of those misses and it was Tony Wroten, he had a big time game, he's a big time talent and will be an nba player but that was a total choke job.

Ya Jamaal Franklin is good. And UW doesn't deserve a bid. I don't care if they're talented and have nba players, their resume is hot garbage.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 09:58 AM) The only thing important you can take from a guy who has 20 innings above A ball getting lit up against an MLb lineup is that the idea he's ready for the bigs or will be anytime soon is as silly as it seemed to be. No. You can literally take nothing from it.

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Mar 5, 2012 -> 09:03 PM) DePaul over UCONN Pitt over SJU Seton Hall over Providence Villanova over Rutgers WVU over DePaul Georgetown over Pitt Seton Hall over Louisville USF over Villanova Cuse over WVU Georgetown over Cincy Marquette over Seton Hall USF over ND Georgetown over Cuse Marquette over USF GT over Marquette My ridiculous attempt at predicting this ridiculous tournament. It's so hard to predict conference tourny's when some teams are just more up for games than others. But I do believe you picked the 2 teams in the finals that will last the longest in the big dance...

QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Mar 6, 2012 -> 02:45 PM) I think they get it. They have a stronger case than VCU last year and we saw what they did, There are a lot of mediocre BCS schools again and the NCAA rewarding some of the smaller schools paid off last year. I think there is pressure on them right now to include those kind of schools and Drexel, although they don't have a great resume, probably passes the eye test. I'm gonna say they get in, and they also avoid the first round game as well. I personally think Iona's and ORU's resume are better than Drexel's but the committee has made a point of rewarding the CAA champion it seems.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Mar 6, 2012 -> 12:12 AM) anyone bother to watch the Davidson-Western Carolina 2OT thriller? Awesome game. Most definitely. Was rooting hard for Davidson, I'm tired of Mids with a chance to win a game or possibly two lose in their conference tourney's, we already have a solid group eliminated: Iona, ORU, MTSU and and Denver. Hopefully Nate Wolters can hold it down and get SDSU into the big dance tonight.
