I havent had anything but water and myoplex since I started and I plan to keep that up, which is tough considering how much soda I use to drink.. while I am sore as hell, I feel great about it and know I can keep up with this.. Keep hitting the protein and get some recovery drink or drink chocolate milk if you can, it will help tremendously with the soreness.

Where as I expect Iowa, Nebraska fans are counting down the days. Well its going to be the case of teams in one division beating up each other perhaps. It really makes zero sense to me the way they split it. You have 3 out of the 4 top programs on one side while the other IMO has only one real good program. Michigan is a ways off from being relevant again and the others are second tier teams. Is the split necessary in basketball? Because then its even more lopsided.

I like how the concourse is set up, you can glance at the game while standing in line for food. And our food BTW is TOP NOTCH. The sections are arranged nicely, not too far a walk to get down to the bottom which is a prob with new stadiums, there is also a trend of having the OF wall extremely high before the seats start, I think thats dumb (Cle, Minny). Its not the best park, but its not the s*** show it was when it opened.
