  1. That would work too. I think they want to see Cease and Rodon right now though.
  2. It felt like it when I worked in the Mexican league one winter. ?
  3. Yes I was. Just an extra though. I was filmed not too far from my apartment in college. I was in the stadium for all of those scenes and in the crowd when Corbin Bernsen was going into the hotel cheating on his wife. The old dilapidated equipment in the training room was from Marquette.
  4. For his health, I don't think you do that until August. If he continues 3 innings a week until then, He could have a few starts in September and into the playoffs. He doesn't impress me as a guy who is going to be more than a 5-6 inning starter anyway.
  5. Me too. Although I only starred in the original, the sequel gets a like as well.
  6. Lamb should be in one of the games. TLR likes to keep the backups invovled so they don't get too rusty just sitting.
  7. You have to assume that it wouldn't be just for the one team though. If their modeling was off for one, it would be for more.
  8. Ok. I didn't realize Forbes had such a poor reputation.
  9. Correct. That's why I was thinking the White sox may look "better" with financials because they don't have the huge amount of debt like the Cubs who had to purchase and fund renovations to a stadium. The stadium deal for the sox is pure profit, not debt. The same would apply to the Braves as well.
  10. Their business is business and valuations. They are much smarter and better at it than most of us here, I would assume.
  11. Thats 90% of all MLB pitchers.
  12. So you're saying that Rodon's slider is going to be even better than what we saw in Arizona? That'll work.
  13. I agree. This is the key to him becoming consistent. Hopefully, it comes with experience.
  14. This may actually help. They don't have the debt but have a really good stadium deal.
  15. Not necessarily. Muscles are more sore the next day. So unless it's severe with bleeding or bruising they will have a better idea tomorrow.
  16. Technically a strain is an injury to the muscle. They can have grades from 1 to 3. 1 is a small tear similar to Engel 2-4 weeks. Tightness can be just a little cramp type injury and very mild.
  17. Won't help him. Pitchers who have the control and stuff to do this to him are in the MLB. He needs to learn to hit MLB pitchers.
  18. Kopech will be a full time starter next year. Crochet will not.
  19. Cease may want to throw Ohtani something other than a high center cut fastball.
  20. Almost certainly.
  21. Once he started pitching more down he got the outs. However, you are that his command is hurting him as well.
  22. It's all up in the zone. He needs to vary the location more. They can hit elite stuff if it always in the same spot.
  23. Yes, I agree but I thought they were listing pizza places. I belong to a pork tenderloin club on Facebook in search of the best if them. There are many in Iowa.
