  1. Same for mine although I have a weekend plan and the increase wasn't quite that much. Still the largest increase since 2006 though.
  2. Ok. But they dont take the chances of injury.
  3. they arent going to go much over 100. he didnt have more than a hitter or two left at the most. I'm not sure how long you want them to go but it's not realistic.
  4. Starter was pulled with 90 pitches and the reliever finished the inning with no damage. I don't think pulling the starter early had anything to do with the relievers blowing the lead.
  5. Good call. You will enjoy the deck and it probably won't get all of your 14 back but it will increase the value.
  6. Sports hernia specially. Not the testicular type.
  7. I think you minimize the risk that the owners of the companies take. They risk everything with investment and deserve the reward of making a great deal more money than the employees who do not share this risk.
  8. more than we should get monetarily for working over 40 hours per week.
  9. In your view. It's called employment for the rest of us. PTs are always salaried in hospitals. One place I worked tried to change it thinking we were overpaid as just salary. When they saw the actual clock time and overtime they had to pay, our classification changed back really quick.
  10. And there is nothing wrong with this. I've had jobs at clinics I quit because they were committing Medicare fraud. This is a truly illegal and unethical thing clinics shouldn't do. I turned them into the state. The state did nothing about it but I wouldnt work there again anyway.
  11. I'm glad you had the energy to look it up. I've about had it.
  12. It's a legal employment classification. Its regulated. I understand your perception of unethical and immoral is vastly different than most but your perception of illegal is as well. Look up salary exempt employee.
  13. You are referring to salary nonexempt employees. They get over time. Salary exempt which is what most are, do not qualify for over time.
  14. No. It's not. Even in the constitution there is the right of pursuit of happiness. You don't get it just because you think you deserve it.
  15. Your wrong in most of these statements. Employment is not a two way street. As an employee you have zero risk if the company has troubles or goes bankrupt. You just go find a different job. The owners risk losing everything. They took all the risk starting and investing in the company. If you has an employee cost them business with unfounded slander, you cost them money at no risk to you.
  16. Depends on whose truth. Its slander in many cases. Freedom of speech doesnt extend to slander.
  17. Salaried people do not get overtime. It's the reason they are salaried. They also dont get paid at the end of a job. I dont know why someone would take that job unless they really research that company first. Work now and we'll pay you later doesnt sound good.
  18. There is zero reason for cordell to be recalled as well. it would have been better to give someone else a chance to see if they could help the MLB team next year.
  19. That's what makes it interesting. Teams can spend all the money in the world on stars and big names but the little unknown kicker can make or break it. It comes down to the team not just the stars. Just like what happened to the Bears last year. It sucks as a Bears fan but people will never forget the "double doink."
  20. No. It's still a choice. Just like your last sentence. If you really feel that being a fan of the team is really the worst thing going, then don't do it.
  21. Why? The way kicking is now, you're taking away some of the drama and entertainment of the game. XP's are no longer automatic. I agree with kickoffs. Minimal entertainment there.
  22. Nope. but I think it gave them a better chance.
  23. How about cleveland browns? Had to be in the early 2000. I think their last win was in the 90's.
