QUOTE(Shadows @ Aug 9, 2007 -> 11:49 AM) Is it hosing me if the information is still correct? If they steal stories, who's to say they don't steal stories from the sites who continually get it wrong? Besides, why not go to the source, who actually do all the legwork on these stories?

Major Spoiler: Vince's Illegitimate Child Is? 08/07/2007 by Ryan Clark The story written prior to the Benoit tragedy had a current Raw superstar being revealed as Vince McMahon's "illegitimate child." Believe it or not, at that time, the plan was to reveal Mr. Ken Kennedy as Vince's "son." Yes, Kennedy. The plan may have changed, but that was the storyline worked out as of a few months ago. ----------------------------- Ryan Clark?? That's word-for-word from PWInsider!! Whatever sites you're reading are hosing you, Shadows. Just pay for the elite membership. It's worth it.

weird - for once I agree with kapkomet. I don't see what's wrong with what these officers did.

How can you tell if a girl is uninterested or just playing hard to get
longshot7 replied to WhiteSoxFan1's topic in SLaM
Ask her. If you can't tell after that, leave her - it's not worth it. Games are BS. -
RAW was supposed to be a brand new revelation - it was more of the same. I did like the turning of Umaga (even though Regal can't pronounce his name.) Triple H as the illegitimate son of VKM. That would be creepy.

This is why we have an illegal immigration problem.

Wow, it's a WEIRD day when I agree with Nuke. And I wholeheartedly do. Enforcement First. -
Was it lack of maturity or was it drugs? Hmmmmmm.........

QUOTE(MurcieOne @ Jul 31, 2007 -> 12:28 PM) Rex spent this off season working on his most pressing issue .... footwork. ( he of course took time off to fight evil and totally ravage his wife sexually) If Rex can roll out of the pocket without falling over, set his feet and fire the ball accurately..... he's going to be a pro bowler and the bears will be contending again. Have some faith in Rex..... Rex is not only a talented Quarterback, but he is going to be the most prolific Passer in Chicago Bears History. I hope so.

QUOTE(kapkomet @ Jul 31, 2007 -> 07:19 AM) Not against you, longshot, or NSS - or anyone personally... but the shortsightedness on getting rid of the electoral college is amazing to me. Most of you do realize that there is no senate (from a historical perspective) without the electoral college? Yes, I realize that. But for now, in 2007, I think it hurts more than it helps, and it needs to be abolished.

QUOTE(MHizzle85 @ Jul 30, 2007 -> 09:56 PM) umm has the whole Angle/Joe every belt you could possibly think of deal been figured out yet? Angle's wife and daughter make their onscreen debut on Thursday's Impact, where Karen leaves Kurt. (Oh great! I love wrestling soap operas.) The title match at Hard Justice is set. Joe v Angle with the TNA World title, Kurt's meaningless IWGP Title, and Joe's X-Division Title and Tag Team Titles on the line. At the end of the second episode taped yesterday, Team 3D beat Joe up to get their belts back. Not sure if they did or not. Love the Doomsday concept. And Matt Morgan is coming in.

QUOTE(shipps @ Jul 24, 2007 -> 06:23 PM) Is anyone feeling the Editors? That new album is not coming out of my cd player anytime soon. Also on the R&B note the new Tank album is great, especially for those that are into r&b from the early 90's. Not feeling it one bit. That pseudo 80s vibe is all played out (it was played out in 1985). No thanks.

saw The Simpsons movie TWICE. Absolutely loved it. Marge swears! Bart's doodle! Ralph sings! Anyone who didnt like it apparently just doesnt like life.

Def my fav of all time. I seen about 90% of his films and think they should be taught in every intro to film course. Through a Glass Darkly is my fav - the story of a woman slowly going insane. Great haunting stuff. a definite giant of the cinema.

QUOTE(Mplssoxfan @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 12:29 PM) Here's a letter to the Minneapolis paper from a staffer of Senator Norm Coleman, a staffer who I think is trying to win an award from the George Orwell society or something. So all the filibusters are Harry Reid's fault, I guess. Oh, it's too bad they can't offer amendments! Amendments that usually screw up the original bill. Horrible.

QUOTE(Rex Kicka** @ Jul 27, 2007 -> 07:12 AM) Ummm, if it weren't for shenanigans in Illinois and Texas, Nixon would have won the Electoral College in 1960. Less than 150,000 popular votes effectively decided the electoral college in 1960, 1976, 2000 and 2004. Another reason to get rid of it.

I say let the terrorists have Iowa. We don't need it.

QUOTE(MHizzle85 @ Jul 29, 2007 -> 12:31 AM) It is, i think i might of posted it a few pages back. In fact TNA was all set to have Bound for Glory in Chicago, but pulled out for some reason. I posted this too. they pulled out of because No Mercy and a Raw taping was scheduled for the week before and the 3rd ROH ppv is two weeks before. That's a lot of wrestling in a month's time - and as BFG is TNA's Wrestlemania, they need to have a big crowd. TNA with Pacman Jones will get them ESPN coverage, but will it really translate to ppv buys? Also, PWInsider is also saying they have signed Test. Why not?

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jul 25, 2007 -> 01:15 PM) Well, the odds say that as long as the system sits around as badly broken as it currently is, its probably only a matter of time before a Repub. wins the popular vote and a Dem winds up in office too, so... Doesn't make it right. No matter how screwed up Florida was (or Ohio, or the South, or any other state for that matter) - if the Electoral College didn't exist, Gore would have won the election. And that's the bottom line. Popular vote only. We're Americans first, and (state)-ians second.

Automatic Music Explosion. I believe they will in fact, save rock.

the first time my friend Dan solved Mike Tyson Punch Out - we freaked out. The first time I solved King's Quest, and then subsequently all the Sierra games.

QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jul 25, 2007 -> 07:34 PM) Maybe someone can explain this to me since I really havent seen an answer and dont really watch or care for TNA, is it a federation that allows all of its wrestlers to come and go as they please within other federations and promotions? Or do they have a select few that are their own and arent allowed to wrestle elsewhere? WWE doesnt allow their wrestlers to go anywhere other than Deep South and Ohio Valley, which are WWE-owned and operated right? TNA workers can work some indy federations but cannot work ROH as they use to. Also, TNA instituted a new policy where any indy fed that uses their workers can't use a second-party retailer for their dvds - like highspots.com. As a result, a number of indy feds (like Pro Wrestling Guerrilla) have refused to book TNA talent. OVW and Florida Championship Wrestling are the two developmental territories for WWE (read: farm system.) Joe v Angle for every belt imaginable at TNA Hard Justice. Can't wait, despite the silly stips. Negotiations are ongoing with Fox, and they expect that wherever they land, it'll be with two hours. Spike would move Ultimate Fighter to another night.
