Teams wont change their impression of Q after a few games, but also last offseason was sell-high. We're not back at sell-high til we actually get there. We all want Davidson to succeed, but I dont know if it can really be said he has earned a MLB spot. He's not a prospect anymore, really, either. If he was an everyday player, it'd be because of what we are, not because of who he is. So for that reason i cant say i'm going to be horrified if this happens. Playing an Alvarez is akin to playing a Davidson (26 yrs old), in terms of development.

no comparison in value between Devers and Frazier Devers involves plenty of mystery as to how high his ceiling can be. Frazier is an older player who just had a down WAR year. When you have a bad year at 30 that is a big problem. Via WAR, Saladino was better per at-bat than Frazier in 2016. Sure Saladino's at-bats were more sculpted than Frazier's but it still shouldnt be close for what we gave up for Todfather

Robertson's value may be lowered but it's still a solid year from a guy who was elite before that. And the injury hampering him was the meniscus which is more of a problem for his post-playing days than it is in the now
