Teel update Will (via Brooke) said he's progressing well and has started baseball activities. Reading between the lines I'd say he starts another rehab assignment in 2-3 weeks and (knock on wood) everything goes well he's back in early July or possibly a bit sooner.

Yea I'm a 180. I'm a Sox fan first and a MLB fan way way down the line. I almost never watch random games that aren't Sox. Sure Mariners on radio on summer nights once and awhile but I really can't remember the last time I watched a single inning of a non Sox game. Only sport I really watch other games is college hoops and football, and that's always for potential schadenfreude of seeing Sparty lose or some s%*#.

I haven't followed this closely but what a disgusting turn of events.

Baseball never ceases to fascinate: Gray column is xwOBA. And 2nd to last is defensive runs relative to what fangraphs has as "average". Sox are 8th in xwOBA same as cubs really and cubs are 22 runs (2.2 wins roughly) above Sox by FG's defensive metrics, and the teams are basically tied. Defense is nice, hitting and pitching matter a lot more on a team.

wut? Bulls have a chance to draft a multi time all star and another solid starter in this draft. This is probably the best draft for depth since maybe 2011? NIL pushed a bunch of good prospects back and you have the influx of international players in NCAA and direct from pro leagues in Europe. So no, it's a deep ass draft and Bulls are in the catbird's seat.
