Well if Colson is really a 125 wRC+ guy that plays a fine SS that's a 5 WAR player and he'll be in there next year. We'll see. Him coming out of the gate like he has, and it's not just a fluke, his statcast is lit up with deep red, has been a huge boost to the rebuild. If you suddenly have a 3-5 WAR SS that sure as hell jumpstarts things.

He just put up 1 fWAR in about a month of action. Dude is stupidly talented when his mind is right and he's healthy. I see he's mostly cut out those crap half swings he was doing most of the last calendar year. He still needs to work on his LA but just being a productive regular again is nice.

22-25 year old catchers get better defensively as long as they have decent physical tools all the time. And both guys do imo. Quero isn't a big guy but he's got a quick release. Teel just looks like a pretty good all around athlete. So if they work at it, no rush to move either guy. I think for now they are handling it pretty well, at least now that they are working in more at DH.

The both are bad receivers. Quero's arm is above average. Teel I don't even know if he's a catcher long term. His arm might not be good enough.

Why the hell is the ball not standardized! All the baseballs should come off the same specs at every level of pro ball.
