Just out of curiosity, is there any age a consent form does NOT cover? If a parent signed a consent form for their 12 year old to marry a 40 year old, would that fly in court? I dont understand how this guy isnt being busted as a sexual predator despite the consent form. If they prosecuted saying that he had sex with her before the consent form was signed, would he be busted?

This is an apples or oranges question. You cannot compare two different hitters, playing different positions, batting in different parts of the lineup, filling different roles on teams. This is like saying "Who would you rather have, Eric Chavez or Kenny Lofton?"
