This is jobs created. Simply put. This is subsidizing growth in the area, which Arlington Heights has agreed to with the Bears. I’m operating under the assumption that they are being honest about paying for their own stadium. Infrastructure upgrades are necessary at the city and state level for this, it is what it is. That is the states property. The increased traffic is business for everyone and they need it addressed.
