  1. It’s a weird opinion from him. He is basically saying f*** the cap, don’t worry about it, it will continue to rise. Ok yea that’s fine but you can’t sign a guy based on your projection of the cap and where that amount will be in 3 years, you have to sign him based on where it is now and hope it keeps moving so you can continue to build, not so you can continue paying a guy you signed 3 years ago. All of us have joked that the cap is a joke but it’s not so much a joke as it is a timed shell game. Some teams are fucking amazing at spotting the time to move on from players and other teams always seem a year too late on acquiring THAT guy. Bill doesn’t really address that players salaries are also rising, he acts as if cap manipulation is just something easy and everyone can do it, when in reality it counts on players redoing their deals (which spreads out bonuses and kicks the can down the road with a lot of teams) and things of that nature. It’s not something guaranteed to the front office. We have teams that act like Bill suggests, like the Cowboys, and it doesn’t really seem all that helpful looking at the results to just spend to the max every season with zero look forward
  2. Bears signing Seattle Safety Coby Bryant
  3. Lmao a motivated Dayo Odeyingbo. What a fucking joke
  4. Brad Biggs expects bear’s to be busy today but nothing splashy, doesn’t think Hendrickson is happening
  5. After watching this Garfein interview of Kelenic I’m rooting for him to make it. Pretty introspective about his struggles, doesn’t come off cocky or like a jerk, willing to discuss his problems
  6. Shut it all down. We need trucks and street sweepers, can’t do this
  7. LT is such a scary position for them right now. They truly have no idea if Trapilo Is going to be able to come back and take the position, but they have to allow for the opportunity, which means they can’t go all in on a LT. Super tough decision.
  8. I think we can close the book on Oz
  9. Biadasz to Chargers 3/30M feels like bears are gonna swing for Linderbaum
  10. Kmet is the blocking TE in that offense, I don’t think he is going anywhere this season. Maybe next
  11. BUT HE SMELLS LIKE HOT DOG WATER
  12. I liked it better when Brooks came out once a year to pump up the new stuff at the park, and he would just disappear for the rest of the season. Now I know he is kind of a dick to work with and has driven off talent for petty reasons like he has an endless supply. Don’t want to know that part
  13. Have to imagine a seam rubbing on a blister at 100 mph is absolutely brutal
  14. Isn’t that all flagstone?
  15. The score had a guest on yesterday who is a columnist that’s been following this, and he said the taxes and toll raises to accommodate all of this were gonna piss off a lot of NW Indiana residents
  16. Will be hilarious if the bulls tank their way to the top only to have the commish take the pick because they tanked for it. It would be very “White Sox lost 100 and we’re only allowed to draft as high as 10” of the league lol
  17. Bulls might not win another game
  18. Robert Carradine, 72
  19. I have seen enough. Playoffs baby
  20. They bought that property well before Warren was hired
  21. I guess the only good thought I have about this whole thing is that the Sox were so close to moving to Tampa that they built the Tropicana dome for them, and they ended up staying
