  2. QUOTE (DanksFan @ Aug 4, 2009 -> 01:22 PM) tell me where you heard that. I heard "Purple headed yogurt slinger" from Varsity Blues, one of the most underrated awesome films of all time.
  3. Eh, I doubt this has much truth to it.
  4. Exercise the purple-headed yogurt slinger?

Alien franchise in the hands of Scott? Excellent. And yes, leave Ripley out of it.
  10. Well, we've had polls on everything else, so why not one more?
  11. Allen Iverson is an interesting cat. He was quite good for awhile, but in the end, his personality is what killed him.
  12. How Dusty Baker is still a Major League Manager is beyond me.

  15. I've been saying to trade Jenks for two years, now that his value is dropping, people are on board. So annoying.
  16. QUOTE (onedude @ Aug 3, 2009 -> 06:40 PM) you heard they're remaking the franchise for film. And it is live action not cgi. Gonna be awesome. I'll s***. Hopefully it's dark and rated R... ...and Raph f*cks the s*** out of April. (or Casey Jones)
  17. QUOTE (SockMe @ Aug 3, 2009 -> 06:09 PM) Even tho im a Packers fan (dont hurt me) I always enjoy going to Bears training camp. Last Year I got my Matt Forte rookie card signed, one of my favorite autographs Burn in hell.
  18. Yes, my first RickRoll seems to have been my best.
  19. It annoys me so much that this is on 360 and not Wii... Turtles in Time: Reshelled
  20. This is a really stupid article. You can say what he said about any highly-paid player, really. Good players cost money, lots of young, not very good players cost little, but can fill out a roster. His article basically claims that teams don't need good players, but tons of bad ones making little. If he thinks we can't plug our roster with guys as productive as those traded he's got another thing coming. Stupid stupid article.
  21. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Aug 3, 2009 -> 11:43 AM) you see what happens when you start threads like this? Ribbie gets out of control. This is why we dont have nice things haha
  22. QUOTE (RibbieRubarb @ Aug 3, 2009 -> 11:32 AM) Cradle the balls, stroke the shaft, work the pipe, and swallow the gravy. Get it over here, Gordon. Let's do this! Ew
  23. But back to the subject at hand... Beckham is going to be f***ing great.
  24. In 202 fewer at bats, Gordon Beckham has amassed some comparatively better stats than David Wright, who is held as one of baseball's top third-basemen. In 229 fewer at bats, Gordon Beckham has amassed some comparatively better stats than Dustin Pedroia, last year's lame MVP. Wright: 385 At-Bats, 29 doubles, 7 homers, 51 rbi, .881 OPS Pedroia: 412 At-Bats, 31 doubles, 6 homers, 45 rbi, .801 OPS Beckham: 183 At-Bats, 17 doubles, 5 homers, 36 rbi, .860 OPS It's almost comical the lack of attention Beckham is getting on the National Scale, but he's a god-damned beast.
