So the Bears Training Camp is in Bourbonnais (sp), and so they stay at like Olivet Nazarene (sp) University and eat in those halls and all that stuff. Well, you need ID obviously if you are going to enter the dining halls and buildings and what not. Well Jauron got to the dining hall entrance and forgot his ID, and the kid at the door said i'm sorry i need your id. Instead of just politely saying "well, i'm Dick Jauron, i'm sorry, i'll get someone over here to verify that for you and i'll remember my ID next time", which would be fine and expected, he just turns right around and walks to wherever to go get his ID. I found this pretty hilarious. I doubt any other NFL coach would do that when they are the coach of the friggin camp that is being held at the university.

Law is a gray area I'm sure the law would be pretty damn specific, but in the case you presented, i'd say that wouldn't be rape

If the Sox won the WS.. the next day's papers headlines would be "(Insert NL team name here) lose WS" That's a good call for the Tribune headline

My guess is that you'd have to be forceful and keep it going for a significant amount of time in order for it to be rape...i doubt that'd result in anything

No, the save stat is pretty overrated, too. I wish they had stats (stats Inc probly does somewhere but i never see em anywhere) for 1 run lead save stats. Those are the ones that mean something. A 3 run save? Almost anyone in the bullpen could achieve that most nights. Wins are somewhat useless too. Not completely, but there are much better stats to use to evaluate pitchers. However most people will be like "what's this guy's record" to make a judgment on how good he is

Its about the first time i've ever even used it. Just tell me the ERA, innings pitched, k's, walks and I can tell ya if the guy is any good. I'll add hits allowed to those, Jason... I like to use WHIP as a primary tool to evaluate a pitcher's performance. One thing i would do is substitute hit by pitches for intentional walks in that stat.

Ya, i pretty much said you could argue Buehrle as the 3 because of his subpar whip and somewhat ERA compared to Colon. He has been a lot better the last month (probly have more confidence in him now than Colon), but if you look at the whole year, he'd probly be the 3. I definitely have Garland a notch below both MB and BC so far. He just hasn't quite taken that step up to the next level, though i think he's close

A pennant would also go a long way. Winning a World Series would probly get the Sox the respect and media coverage they deserve, not to mention a bigger fan base. I could definitely see some of those cubs "fans" jumping ship
