I was under the impression that you have to be a subscriber to get around BA's website. Is this incorrect? I have been thinking about getting a subscription, but I already get SI, ESPN, Sportsweekly, and the newspaper everyday, so I am overwhelmed with stuff to read.

Ring has had his struggles, they don't even talk about him here in NY anymore. Ginter on the other hand has been a solid pitcher, I would not be surprised if he shows up at Shea soon. James Baldwin is also having a nice spring in Norfolk. I think he might end up in the back of a contenders rotation.

Other than Futuresox.com (I love the top 50 guys), and this forum. Where do you go for stats and stuff? I like using minorleaguebaseball.com. They have in-game updates, and keep the stats up to date. My only complaint is that they don't give the more modern pitching statistics. If I want to find a guys whip or k/9 or BB/9 I have to break out my calculator. Anyone know a good site that compiles a lot of stats.

Its what a player does with his talent that is most important. Obviously if Rex had an awesome camp, and is playing like he knows all the nuances than he should get the job. But as a guy with only a few starts under his belt, it would not hurt to spend more time learning.

It is ridiculous to judge a guy based on his only start (and he was playing with a concussion), and Kerry Collins has by far the worst footwork of NFL quarterbacks (and the worst hands). As for Rex. Rex has a ton of talent, and I don't think sitting him will affect him, or his ability. I think it can be helpful, to play behind Warner.

This does not seem to be a popular opinion, but I think Warner should be given the reigns.

The purpose of school is to learn. The school's responsibility is to provide a learning environment in which every student can feel comfortable, and every student is equal. The minute you start a prayer minute, or group prayers that equality, and that comfortable learning environment is lost. Even if the school does not sponsor the prayer, even if 15 of 20 kids decide they are going to pray, I believe it is the schools responsibility to say, please refrain from prayer sessions during class. That way the rights of the other 5 kids are protected.

Well, even if the whole world was in the same situation as Russia cerca 1917, I don't think communism would succeed. First of all it would take so much work by the world's new communist government to install equality that by the time equality was installed, the government would have so much power that it would never abdicate and turn the world over to anarchy as marx proposes. Then people would always try to better themselves and certain people would stop working, and the whole "From each according to his ability--to each according to his need" thing would never work if half the population is too lazy to aqcuire an ability.
