Getting offended at personal attacks between candidates while theyre campaigning against each other is pretty absurd. Have you seriously not seen worse things said than this before? Meanwhile youre doing exactly what Trump wants you to do by overreacting to comments he makes and making stories out of them so people are constantly talking about him.

Also, Id assume if Welker were to attempt to play this year despite the concussion concerns he would have wanted to play on a contender.

You dont know what an intruder in your houses intentions are or what theyre capable of. Theres no real answer for exactly how far away the guy would have to be for it to be ok to shoot him because every situation is different. Even little things like the layout of the house and size of the yard etc play big factors in any situation like this. Obviously robbing a house doesnt warrant a life sentence in prison or the death penalty, but if a criminal puts himself in a position where someone else feels their life or the lives of their family are in jeopardy and gets killed in the process its nobodies fault but his own.

In situations like this dont they sometimes charge the other burglary suspect with some type of manslaughter? I could swear I remember seeing an episode of the first 48 where 2 teens robbed a guy on the street, and the guy took the gun and killed one of the kids and they charged the friend of the deceased since he was apart of the crime that got the other guy killed. Maybe that would only matter if they didnt decide to charge the homeowner though? Also, if I was a juror Id have a hard time convicting this guy unless he says all the wrong things on the stand. But if he says that the burglars threatened that they would be back to cause harm to his family or something like that I dont think any jury will convict him.
