The only change in the field would be in LF. For the starting rotation I would insert B-Mac and a FA (Mulder) in place of Garica and Vazquez. Using the trades of Garcia and Vazquez I would acquire a reliever to replace B-Mac. I like the Crawford idea which would be awesome. I don't like the Oswalt idea because we have already seen what too many innings can do to a SP.

I'll take Gary Matthews Jr. and Mark Mulder. The SS market doesn't look too good.

I would be very concerned about this. He has a history of injury problems, it is on his throwing arm, and it is late in the season where he is throwing more innings than he has ever thrown before.

I guess Vazquez can talk a good game, but that still does not translate to on-field performance. Everytime he pitches it feels like Groundhog Day.
