I think that is who he was talking about, even if the actual total is 50 PAs over 22 games. He is a big guy with a long swing, who had no spring training to speak of. A slow start isn't a huge shock.

If this was the normal 2020 baseball season, we would be somewhere around the middle of April when you think of how many games have been played so far, in a season played essentially without a spring training.
