I just got my picture taken with the World Series trophy, it was f***ing incredible. I'll post pictures when I get home. For those who are going BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA. They DO NOT provide one for you. We were there at the start and there wasn't much of a line, so they took two pictures, and I had gone up with a buddy from work and they took one of us together as well. I don't know if they will always take that many pics, but it was really sweet.

Iran's President claims he was misunderstood the other day when he reiterated his comments about Israel being "wiped off of the map". He also reiterated that the holocaust was just a myth. Also I must have missed the part where Iran offered to take in the Palestinian refugees, because if he thinks Europe should take in the Jews, he must feel like Muslims should help out their own brothers in need right? Once again, this man cannot posess nuclear materials. The rest of the world would not be safe.

If we can get a stud pitcher on the verge, but about a year away, and some solid nonOF position player prospects I would love a deal. I'd love to see the Sox get a 3B or 2B prospect, and maybe a Catching prospect.

Houston has some high level pitching prospects don't they? Carlos Hernandez seems to ring a bell, but I don't know their system at all.

Now make the case that you'd rather have the second guy, even though the first guy was probably our postseason MVP. To me, streaky hitting is something that can be ironed out, and I think Joe Crede is poised to do that. If Crede's funks even turned into the .650 OPS that Blalock shows, he would already be among the 5 or 6 best offensive 3Bs in baseball. And even with Scott Boras as his agent, he would be hard pressed to turn down roughly Blalock's contract if offered to him as a 3-4 year deal. Why don't you leave the orders to shut up to the mods and admins, k?

this year is no different than any other year under JRs ownership group. The GM has always gotten the amount of revenues we take in to spend on the team.
