Since we have a thread on premium seating, I just want to go on record as stating that the White Sox premium seating sales team sucks.
I emailed them about suite costs and options on March 25th through their webform, complete with details of what I was looking for and to find out. I got a generic reply 5 days from someone carrying the title of "Manager of Premium Seating" 5 days later, which ignored all of the information in that webform, and asking what I was looking for. I answered it the next morning. Over time I received 2 different emails offering 40% of certain suites. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I emailed this same person back again, mentioned the 40% off. It is now six days after the last email, 11 days total since the last correspondence from the White Sox, and 16 days after I first requested information, and I still don't have any of the information I requested.
