Ballparks ranked
That is garbage. After being to A LOT of parks all over the country, there is no way that Comiskey is #16. The lower deck is one of the best facilities in the country.

Soriano vs Jimenez
I ended up with Soriano and Jimenez in a couple of fantasy leagues. I picked D'A up late in 3 different drafts because he was qualified at 3B and 2B to give me some depth.
-
Koch
I do like the fact he is taking the blame himself, instead of blaming the offense or defense Navarro style
-
Jose Cruz
Also when looking at Cruz remember he is hitting behind Barry Bonds in SF. With us he would be hitting 7th or 8th most likely.

Myth of the spit on veteran
Agent Orange is a scary thing. My dad had a 9 month tour as a combat engineer before he got hurt in a bombing raid. The effects from Orange have lasted until today. It was a miracle that my brother and I didn't have any problems related to it.

It would look a whole lot worse when Sandy has his annual knee problems

Soriano vs Jimenez
I can't complain about Jimenez's K's because the guy is seeing so many pitches. it seems like everytime he is at the plate he is in a full count. He is giving Valentin and Frank so many pitches to look at it, it is unreal

A bit of good news.
We have got rock Baltimore. They were struggling against Tampa for gods sakes!

Botch.....
It is a HUGE overreaction to be talking about demoting a guy who was supposed to be our #3 starter after 4 STARTS. I would be SHOCKED if Josh Stewart had anywhere near the numbers that Jon did by the end of the year.

Albert Belle
LMAO, ah I miss the nights getting the cheap seats and moving down to LF and taunting him "Joey, Joey" And that was AFTER he was on our team!

Game thread???
I don't know if anyone is around to do PBP, but I see on gamecast that Garcia homered in the first with Omar on to give the Indians a 2-0 lead right off of the bat.

how good a SS is jose valentin???
They have had half price nites basically since the strike. I used to always go get the UD reserved seats when they were $8 for half price. My wife and I could go to a game and park for $18.

Olivo
Catcher Miguel Olivo had a career-high three hits in Saturday's victory, going 3-for-4 with a double. The 24-year-old rookie, who had Sunday off, is 5-for-12 over the last three games after ending an 0-for-12 slump. "It was good to see him with the three hits," Manuel said. "Hopefully that's a sign of good things to come. He could be a real good force in that part of the order." Olivo, batting .214 with one homer and two RBI, has been the Sox's No. 9 hitter. While Manuel expects him to improve as a hitter, he is pleased with how Olivo has handled himself behind the plate. He has one passed ball, and not a single runner has attempted to steal on him. "When you have a young catcher, the thing you look for is that behind the plate he goes unnoticed," Manuel said. "If he goes unnoticed, he's doing a good job. If you begin to drop balls, passed balls, then it becomes the focal point. "He had a passed ball the other day, but for the most part we haven't really noticed a lot of activity back there."
