I've dislocated both kneecaps 3 or 4 times each. Pretty much puts you out for a month at the least. If you get big time swelling and fluid in the knee, it takes way longer and may require being drained. Sometimes people don't realize they dislocated their kneecap because when they look down, it's in the right place. It's happened to me however that it pops out and snaps right back into place. Every time I dislocated it, I just straighten my leg and it snaps back in. Painful as s***.

I really really need to get back in this. I decided yesterday that I needed to stop being a lazy ass. I've lost 5 pounds since the beginning of the year (lol) not that it means anything but I just want to tone up a bit. I set up my Total Gym, Ab Lounge, and free weights in my basement again and I'm going to go at it. Between those, regular basketball play, and swimming in my pool, I don't think it'll be too hard. Right now, I'm 6'6 and 230. I'm not fat, but I've got a little extra here and there that I want to tone up. I don't really have a goal weight per se, but I'd say somewhere around 205 would have me nice and toned. Wish me luck.
