Ike Willis makes regular appearances with a FZ tribute band up in the northeast and he was part of the 1995 The Band From Utopia line up (with Bobby, Chad, Ed, Art Barrow, the Fowlers, and others) and, so unless the Zappa Trust is down on him for still making an unsanctioned dime off of Frank's music, I'm sure he'd love to participate. Music is the Best --- Edit to say: damn - I gues the dates i had were for the postponed 2006 summer dates, and not 2007. So all thay are doing is a coupel weeks of October dates?? OK, now I'm sad. I won't be able to swing ny of those.

You are in my thoughts, and the hearts of lots of SoxTalkers. I almost lost my kid brother in a terrible car wreck last year (he's still pretty messed up), so I have at least a bit of an idea of what you and your family are going through. It's hardly worth saying that your son is the silver lining and the sunshine that will help through the dark and gray, but I'll say it anyway. Love and cherish each other.

Hearening to see so many people sharing my pain with the Extra Innings CIU blackouts and B.S. FOX' refusal to let all markets see the Saturday games they have locked up other than the one the regional affiliate decides to broadcast. Also glad to hear the WCIU thing will get sorted out next year, and I agree that as long as FOX has all the other channels up and down the cable line-up they should pass the other Saturday games off to them. Heck of a couple games to miss tthese last two nighs.
