This might be a stupid question, and not even realistic, so don't kill me. I have read that the 2010 draft is weak, a few good players at the top, then a bunch of question marks after. I have also read that the 2011 draft has A LOT of great talent. My question is, can the Sox not sign there first round pick this year, and then just have 2 top 15 picks next year? Because don't you get another pick if you didn't sign your pick the previous draft?
