Horrible decision to bring in Wheeler.

I thought Maddon managed this game horrible. I agreed with Starting Kazmir, but what the hell is he doing bringing in his closer in the seventh? Why not bring in Howell then go to Wheeler, the way he's been doing it all year.

South Side Hitmen didn't win anything, no way it should be retired. I don't care how loved they were, you can't honor them with something like that if they didn't even win a division title.

I just don't understand the decision to take Lowe out after only five innings.

From what I've heard a lot of people there don't like Murph.

I put Danks, just because he broke the over 30 rule. I really worry about his health next year.

The problem with trading Swish is you're trading him at his lowest value. Bring him back next year when he should be able to at least hit .240.

I had no idea that you could only have a certain amount of players in the dugout. I remember Thomas, Anderson, and Gload in the dugout during the 2005 playoffs.

I think Fathom said it best in the gamethread and I agree with him, I was more mad after a loss in July than I am today. After last year's disaster, it was great just to get to the postseason. The Rays are just the better team. Thanks White Sox for an enjoyable season

What exactly are the playoff roster rules? I thought you had to be on the roster before Sept 1, but their is some loophole is someone is on the DL. I also heard somewhere that you had to be on the 40 man roster sept 1 to be eligible for the playoffs. Anyone know for sure?

Fancisco Rodriguez shouldn't be on that list.

I think Ozzie has managed really well today. I've criticized him lately but he did a good job. The only questionable move I thought he made was leaving Gavin in too long but it worked out.
