QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 11:38 PM) Priceless rant right there ^^^ And the Halos are kicking carmine arse and making me happy. And unless you want to know what to mix with your Appleton's 12 year Extra* to make it SING (!!!), I won't be teaching sh*t to anybody. * Passionfruit juice, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters ftw. Quince. Anyway, thanks for the support. The game has ended and it is nice and quiet down here right now. I have never had Appleton's but it has alcohol and that is fine by me. I need to urinate now so I am going to say thanks again for making me feel like I am not alone. Carmine's got it handed to them tonight. I love it. They are the illegitimate child of the Yankees and Cubs and have the worst of both worlds.

QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 10:57 PM) Number Nine. . . Number Nine. . . Number Nine. . . Omaha sucks. Yeah, I know I used that word last time we were on "O", but my in-laws are in town and it forced me to go to O'Sullivans (ooh, I could have used that for my "O" word! Damn!) after a workout and I got drunk trying to avoid seeing my inlaws again tonight. Got home thinking I could catch the end of the Red Sox-Angels game and instead f***ing Missouri-Nebraska is on and my mother in law in laying on my favorite couch and my father in law on my favorite chair watching my TV. Worst thing is I know Soxtalk is primarily asleep (Jim I hope you are up and can teach me some s***) and I can't even surf porn in the basement and have an "O"rgasm ('nother good "O" word that has been neglected thus far in the game). Orangutangs are not like Bonobos in the sense that Bonobos are all about orgasms while Orangutangs can get nasty and aggressive like me when my mother in law is in town. "O"h I wish the f***ing Nebraska game would end. It is a s***ty nazi f***ing state. Ever seen their exit polls? It is like a third world dictator was in charge with the likes of 70% for Bush/Franco/Mussolini. Remember when "O"sborn ran for congress? 87% of the vote or something like it. "O"f course he's qualified, he got us a national title. f*** me in my "O"cular cavity!

QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 10:43 PM) Come on, this game didn't anywhere near the importance of the Bucker game. And nobody remembers Merkle because it was 100 years ago. But it was a boner, and everyone likes those, unless they are unattended. Then it gets uncomfortable.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 10:46 AM) Um, we never even landed there so how will we get a bomb there? Zany, but so true. Gus Grissom's family believes he was going to out the government lies and they whacked him.

When it used to be a game
QUOTE (Tex @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 10:46 AM) She's twelve, probably in 7th grade, was taken into the locker room without any of her family and a bunch of adults told her to do something. You call her spoiled, I think they took advantage of her. I agree and assume that is why the Phil's were quick to acknowledge the mistake and give it back.

QUOTE (Tex @ Oct 8, 2009 -> 08:20 AM) Kooky as it may sound my german grandpa allowed me to knock back a few beers at a young age. But they were proper beers, not some namby pamby see through brews that needed to be served so cold to mask the lack of flavor. Love that approach, "if you're gonna drink, at least drink the good stuff." My eldest (6) likes to share my Warsteiner Dark and Kostrizer with me so I think he is on a good path, if that can be said for highly underaged drinking.

QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Oct 7, 2009 -> 09:15 PM) Can't condone underage consumption, so wait you must. Don't follow laws I don't believe in. My 6 and 4 year old sample my drinks all the time.
