Apparently Brian Bannister can't turn crap into gold after all.. Weird, when the team sucked, he was a guru. Now that they have been pretty good, he isn't a guru anymore.

Just about anything is better than what we saw last night. Cannon sucks, but he does have his moments. You just have to hope he's the good version when the game is tight.

Or what will be higher, his batting average or his strikeout total. The thing that is bothering me is for a guy who whiffs as much as he does, usually on a high fastball, he seems perplexed as to how it could possibly happen. 17 games he has fanned at least 3 times, 5 golden sombreros.

It does seem they are playing a lot more games recently like most of us thought they would play this season. Then they sprinkle in some magical finishes. I hope they make it, but wouldn't be surprised if the pitching doesn't allow it to happen.

It seems every time there are labor issues, thr White Sox go into it looking good, and come out of it disappointing. I hope this time it's different

i don't think anyone had an issue with Smith or Adams leaving, the complaints were for what came back.

I have never seen Bonemer play. I guess if the Sox traded him for a questionable player, I wouldn't be able to complain. I like James, but his argument makes no sense.

In other words, they couldn't dump him on anyone. He's such a talent, but all these injuries will take their toll. He can't be the player he could have been anymore, even if a miracle happens, and he starts to stay healthy.

Even if he didn't, who would want Drew Romo on their major league roster?

I'm a bit worried about the pitching. They ran out of gas in 2012 or else that's a playoff team. This team seems similar. If only JR had re-signed Buehrle that year.

I wonder what Drew Romo would have to do to get optioned back to Charlotte.
