Apparently back in 2010 Wade told Pax he was coming and shook his hand and said he had to go back to the owner of the Heat and tell him face to face. Pax asked him to sign something cementing his commitment. He wouldn't do it. Pax knew he wouldn't be back. I really don't understand this move. How is Wade going to get a max guy to sign? He's 100 in NBA years.

Carlos Rodon got rocked, you should be doing an Irish jig. We will see where he is at at the end of the season. You always judge White Sox when they are struggling, and players on other teams when they are at their hottest. Besides, wouldn't this be an indictment on your boy Coop? Instant gratification is rare in MLB. David Price is a guy Rodon has been compared to often. He struggled his first full year in TB, then took off. It's coming with Rodon, but it is weird that those who want total rebuilds have zero patience.

Hector Sanchez made it through waivers with SD. Adrien Nieto was kept on the Sox in a rebuilding 2014 to add depth to a rebuilding team. He hit .207 with a .660 OPS in AA last year, and in AAA this season is raking to a tune of .165/.263/.214. We really should be complaining they let him leave. They have a couple more catchers in the minors on the DL , including one that played for the 2014 KC Royals, so you know he must be worthy, but they are on the DL. Rottino or whatever his name is does have some major league experience, but they are down to their 6th or 7th catcher. No organization is going to have a good solution for that.
