Some things we know for sure. The defense will be shaky The Sox will not score after the sixth The bullpen will put two men on every inning they are allowed to pitch The Rays are turning into a Boston/NY in that they are taking a ton of pitches and making the pitcher work. If Richard isn't throwing first pitcx strike he is going to get destroyed. Go Sox.

Coming from a big Brian Anderson fan, I have no problem with this move.

The Sox will swing within two pirtches the entire game and the infield defense will be unable to catch a ball that is not hit directly at them. The Sox will not score after the 6th inning. The Rays will steal every single time a man gets on. Let's hope all of this will allow the Sox to garner up a win.

The other thing in my mind is that if this team is going to stay in the race, can Beckham be at third and Ramirez at short. If Jake Fox is a bad 3B, what is Gordon Beckham. I think Ramirez needs to go to center, Beckham short and Fields or Nix at third.

Wise and Beckham had bad at-bats you need to make a guy who can't throw strikes, throw strikes.

I like our chances not sure why, I just do. Ozzie was going to hit Wise for Nix and did the right thing by putting the better outfielder out there ahead of time.
