  1. OC certainly getting thte opportunites to endear himself to his not as good as Mike Scosisa manager.
  2. Perez seems to get some good called strikes.
  3. With the off day Monday, Floyd should be able to go over 110 pitches if need be.
  4. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:34 AM) Following via Gameday. I was just being a smartass.
  5. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:32 AM) *cough* God bless you, now answer Wolf's question how deep was the Quentin fly ball?
  6. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:25 AM) I don't think he's been as bad as Sox fans think, but he's definately not been even close to the type of player he was in Anaheim. I still think we'll get a lot of good out of Orlando though. He's pressing a bit, but offensively he looks a lot better and defensively he's still been good, just not as good as Juan was (but I've long said Uribe may just be the best defensive SS in all of baseball). I hope the off field stuff is tied to his on field struggles or it could get ugly for him qucik. Come on Carl.
  7. Hall and Ramirez look like different players from early April.
  8. OC is not a the player he was advertised to be. Result was nice but effort was terrible. Westbrook looks to be tiring.
  9. Here comes......not sure Farmer is a crappy play-by-play guy he needs to communicate what he is seeing much better.
  10. QUOTE (kwolf68 @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:03 AM) We got one back and PK got a hit...Floyd needs to keep them right there...Jake the Snake wont pitch a CG in his first game off the DL...just need to be close when they run out their crappy bullpen guys. 100 pitch limit per Wedge via Farmer
  11. QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:01 AM) Wise might be one of our best hitters. He has looked good today actually nice play Westbrook.
  12. PH for DeWayne Wise with Swisher right now. Nice line-up with Wise hitting before Crede??????
  13. Here comes something big, I can feel it, PK to break out.
  14. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:49 AM) I'm thinking the Sox are going to put PK through the tests this week and if he doesn't come out, they'll DL him. He has done nothing for a month. He could be returning healthy in a few weeks instead he will be out until the All-Star break. That is really bad mangement of personnel. Also Hawk on Monday was chirping about how good of a clubhouse guy Cabrera is. He mustr eally think fans are dumb.
  15. QUOTE (fathom @ May 28, 2008 -> 11:49 AM) I don't get why Swisher, who's had better at bats lately from the left side, got today off while PK was in the lineup again. Why is a guy playing centerfield that will not be with the team when Uribe comes back?
  16. QUOTE (Frankensteiner @ May 28, 2008 -> 10:23 AM) Do you have faith in the Sox scoring 3 or more runs? Wouldn't be shocking if they didn't with the way Westbrook has pitched aginst them.
  17. That was a much better result that it looked. One good hit and a-lot of tension. Nice job.
  18. QUOTE (fathom @ May 28, 2008 -> 10:20 AM) Our pitching has been fine. Only Buehrle hasn't been able to pitch over errors. Did anyone really think the Sox would have 4 of the top 20 or so pitchers in the AL all season? Plain and simple, we have to start scoring more runs in order to be successful. I didn't mean it as bad as it sounded. I am talking more like Floyd's inning his last outing and Danks game Saturday. I guess the fact that they have been so good that one blip sticks out.
  19. Seems like White Sox pitching is very suseptible to unraveling and losing it for an inning and then settling down for the remainder of the game.
  20. My god this is getting worse. Going to be at least 3-0 with two infield hits and an error at least.
  21. This is really sad, this team seems to be losing it quickly.
  22. Hitting hasn't the problem, coming through in the clutch has. 0-2, bad pitch. 1st and 2nd nobody out. Looks similar to last night.
